ForMóbile - International Fair of the Furniture and Wood Industry, in its tenth edition confirmed the confidence of the furniture industry.
The 2024 edition, which took place from July 2nd to 5th, was marked by a high volume of closed deals, a fact that reflects the power of the sector. Besides the successful partnerships, the number of visitors also exceeded expectations. More than 50 thousand people visited the São Paulo Expo during the four days of the event, a record number. In this edition, the fair also had more than 550 exhibiting brands (national and international), occupying 50 thousand square meters of the pavilion.
Thus, ForMóbile consolidated itself as the largest and most complete fair of the furniture sector in Latin America.

ForMóbile 2024: Celebrating Two Decades of Excellence in the Furniture Industry
The tenth edition of ForMóbile — International Furniture and Wood Industry Fair, reaffirmed its relevance in the market and established itself as the most important business meeting in the industry throughout Latin America!
ForMóbile 2024 was held from July 2 to 5 at São Paulo Expo, the largest and most technological exhibition complex in Latin America. It brought together more than 550 exhibiting companies and brands from Brazil and abroad that showcased innovations, directions, and technological advances in the furniture sector, attracting over 52,000 professional visitors, distributed across an exhibition area exceeding 50,000 square meters.
Environmental Commitment
ForMóbile, the international Furniture and Wood Industry fair, recognizes the importance of sustainability in its initiatives. For us, sustainability represents a commitment to both the present and the future, demonstrating our responsibility to promote an environmentally conscious, socially equitable, and economically viable world.
In the furniture and wood sector, we face significant challenges regarding sustainability, including carbon emissions, ethical forest management, and wood certification. Energy efficiency, more sustainable raw materials, waste generation, and the inclusion of professionals and technologies in the sector are also part of the scenario. However, we see these challenges as opportunities to innovate, seek efficient solutions, and promote more sustainable practices.
ForMóbile seeks to be a platform to discuss and address these challenges, inspiring participants to adopt sustainable practices. Better Stands
Better Stands is a global program from Informa Markets, the organizer of ForMóbile, which aims to eliminate waste generation from exhibition stands.

Palco ForMóbile
During the four days of the event, ForMóbile provided a space where visitors could discover and experience launches, trends, and transformations in the furniture universe through exclusive conferences and demonstrations with the most prominent specialists in the sector. In this differentiated environment, multiple topics were addressed, with renowned professionals sharing qualified and specific information for various segments of this market - ranging from content for industrial designers and architects to presentations aimed at carpenters and woodworking enthusiasts, as well as discussions on regenerative economy, advanced manufacturing, and artificial intelligence applications in the sector.
Espaço Maker
A dedicated environment that valued specialized techniques and demonstrated, live, the work of the most outstanding professionals in the market. In this space, practical demonstrations took place with renowned digital content creators and opinion leaders from the furniture and woodworking sector throughout the event's program. In 2024, the Creative Laboratory expanded its facilities and incorporated practical workshops through advance registration, offering participants immersive experiences with the latest technologies in the sector.
Marcenaria do Bem
We had a special mission this year. Visitors and exhibitors were able to participate in the Marcenaria do bem project, in partnership with Leo Social. For ForMóbile 2024, the project gained a 100m² space in the pavilion to promote the action.
In this space open to the public, furniture assembly workshop sessions were held every day of the event. Everyone could participate!
SENAI Mobile School
The program has already benefited more than 220 organizations, covering 35 technological specialties. In the mobile unit, participants experienced technologies such as 5G Connectivity, WiFi 6, immersive virtual environments, augmented reality, and metaverse applications in the furniture industry - in addition to learning about the complete portfolio of training available for professional development and the most recent sector certifications.
Wood Space
Dedicated to the world of solid wood and which, since 2018, has driven this specific segment. Conceived in collaboration with specialized publications and with the support of the Brazilian Association of Mechanically Processed Wood Industry (ABIMCI), the initiative presented itself in 2024 completely reformulated and with record exhibitor participation - in addition to specific solutions and equipment for the sector, with emphasis on sustainable methodologies and responsible management of forest resources.
Top Móbile Award
Approximately 500 market leaders, representing the main manufacturers and producers of the national furniture industry, participated in the award ceremony of the 19th Sector Recognition, organized by specialized publications, held during the tenth edition of ForMóbile - International Exhibition of the Furniture and Wood Sector 2024. This edition of the award introduced unprecedented categories related to digital transformation and sustainable practices.
The largest fair of the sector and main event of the furniture and wood industry was an absolute success in all numbers, the ninth edition of ForMóbile - International Trade Show For The Furniture and Wood Industries, confirmed the confidence of the sector and consolidated once and for all as the largest event of the sector in Latin America!
ForMóbile 2022 took place from July 5th to 8th at the São Paulo Expo, the largest and most modern pavilion in Latin America. More than 500 national and international exhibitors presented the main novelties, trends, and technologies of the furniture industry to a visiting public that exceeded the mark of 50 thousand professionals, in an occupied area of more than 50,000m² of exhibition.
SUSTAINABILITY | ForMóbile worked together with the exhibitors to increase their sustainable awareness, prioritizing the reduction of disposable materials and the intelligent and rational use of resources.
The preparation began even before the event. ForMóbile anticipated the registrations in digital format to reduce paper printing and prioritized digital communications. The materials that require printing, such as maps of the fair, were made with FSC - Certified paper. The general orientation for exhibiting brands in 2022 was about the intelligent use of transportation and materials, such as encouraging the use of LED lamps in the stands to reduce energy consumption and the use of reusable structures. About 20% of all the carpeting in the fair is also reusable.
PALCO FORMÓBILE | During the four days of the fair, ForMóbile offered a special stage for visitors, where they could learn and experience news, trends and innovations in the furniture industry - through unprecedented lectures and presentations with the leading names in the market. In this exclusive space, several themes will be highlighted, with experts debating qualified content and directed to the most varied segments of this market - from subjects for product designers and architecture to presentations aimed at cabinetmakers and those interested in the woodworking area in general, in addition to themes dedicated to the economic scenario, advanced manufacturing and new technologies.
ESPAÇO MAKER | A dedicated space that promoted specialized techniques and showed, in real time, the work of the main professionals in the sector. In this environment, live presentations were held with some of the main Youtubers and Influencers of the furniture industry and woodworking in general, during all days of the event.
BUSINESS ROUND | The event once again hosted Orchestra Brasil, a successful project that moves business opportunities between Brazilian companies and international buyers .
SENAI SCHOOL | The program already has 176 companies served, distributed in 28 technological areas. In the cart, the visitor can have contact with 5G Connectivity, WiFi 6, virtual reality, and augmented reality - besides getting to know the entire range of courses available at SENAI for professional development.
WOOD SPACE | Focused on the universe of solid wood and that, since 2018, promotes the segment. Created in partnership with the Industrial Reference Magazine and with the support of the Brazilian Association of the Mechanically Processed Wood Industry (ABIMCI), the action arrived in 2022 in a renewed form and with new participants - in addition to products and specific equipment for the sector.
TOP MÓBILE AWARD | About 400 market professionals, representatives of the largest manufacturers and producers in the furniture industry in the country participated in the ceremony of the 17th Top Móbile Award, organized by Móbile magazine, which took place during the ninth edition of ForMóbile - Feira Internacional da Indústria de Móveis e Madeira 2022.

The facilities of the São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center were cited by visitors and exhibitors as one of the highlights of ForMóbile, the first fair to occupy the pavilion. It is the most modern event center in South America and offers 90 thousand m² of exhibition area.
The location of the pavilion is strategic, 850 meters from the Jabaquara subway and 10 minutes from the Congonhas airport. As it is outside the municipal restriction perimeter (rodízio) for passenger and cargo vehicles, the location facilitates the assembly and dismantling stages of the stands, and access for visitors arriving via Imigrantes Highway.
The architectural complex has a modern infrastructure capable of hosting national and international events. It has a garage building for 4,500 covers and an access walkway integrated to the pavilion..
